How to Prevent Hair Tangles
Managing tangles is a very important part of hair maintenance.

Here are some tips to prevent tangling:

1. While the hair is wet, use a wide-toothed comb and section hair into small sections. To prevent knots, comb beginning at the ends and slowly move upwards, section by section, to the roots.
2. To prevent tangling, while blow drying the hair, use a blow dryer with a wide-toothed comb attachment. Blow dry the hair straight down, one small section at a time.
3. When combing the hair, always work from the bottom upwards, securing the hair with one hand. Do not brush or comb hair upside-down.
4. Although the Q Lace Weave & Q Lace Closure are real hair (human hair blends) they are not root-based and do not receive the same nutrients and oils as yournatural hair. Please apply an appropriate hair care treatment or leave-in conditioner as needed, while styling.
5. After attaching the Q Lace Weave and Q Lace Closure completely to the head (by sewing), style the look as desired. For smoother hair, use an electric iron set med-low heat, and press/flat iron the hair lightly. Smoothing the hair will prevent tangling.
6. At bedtime, braid your hair into a loose ponytail.
7. Do no sleep with wet hair.
8. To prevent breakage, please be gentle when styling the hair weave and closure.
